Regional Mortgage Market Guide

The latest edition of the Regional Mortgage Market Guide, which provides lender market share rankings for all major regions and markets in the country is now available from Inside Mortgage Finance Publications.

The top 100 lenders in the nation and the top 25 lenders in each geographic area are ranked by mortgage dollar volume and also by number of mortgages. Origination statistics are provided for both home purchase and refinance loans. Also listed are the average size of the loans and market share percentages. Geographic areas covered include all 50 states, DC and PR, and the 25 largest metropolitan statistical areas.
