Since copyright law forbids the unauthorized copying of our newsletters and the making
of multiple copies of individual stories, we offer professional reprints of

Our newsletters can be delivered to you via email or first class postal mail. Email or fax are
acceptable. You can have both forms of

Refunds
Our products are backed by our no-risk money-back guarantee. You can cancel your
subscription for a refund on unmailed issues. Note that issues carrying our
valued quarterly statistics carry a higher price than other issues. When you buy
a book and find it doesn’t meet your expectations, email or call us immediately, as we'll only refund for a book in perfect condition within five business days
of the date you accepted delivery. Once archive access has been granted there is
no refund.

Active, paid subscribers may have access to our back issue archive online. This requires a password and user name—which is for the use of the named subscriber only.
Sharing of passwords violates our copyright and carries penalties. There are no subscription refunds allowed once you gain archive access.

The national regional mortgage originations statistics offered through our MorStat/span>ä system are available to all site visitors. (The data is HMDA (Home Mortgage Disclosure Act), released by the government in early fall and then processed by Geosegment Systems Inc.) Subscribers also have access to state data. Note:
You will need a username and password for this access and these are not stored
online. Therefore you need to call us with that information, so we can activate
your access.
Site Licenses

large number of readers to our newsletters. The per-subscription price can be
surprisingly low. Licenses usually make economic sense when you need fifty or
more subscriptions. If you have multiple subscriptions up to fifty, we offer a
