Ranking of both the top Broker and Correspondent Producers for a given year. Includes dollar volume and market share for each ranked lender as well as their total wholesale originations and the percentage of those originations that is wholesale. Data available from 1994-2007.

Includes the percentage of the lender's total originations nontraditional mortgages comprise as well as option ARM, interest-only ARM and interest-only FRM volume, as well as estimated totals for all lenders. Data available for 2006 and 2007.

2007 Data

Ranking of both the top Retail and Wholesale Producers for a given year. Includes dollar volume and market share for each ranked lender as well as their total originations and the percentage of those originations that is retail and wholesale. Data available from 1993-2007.

2007 Data

Ranking of the top Alt A mortgage lenders by volume in dollars and market share. Also includes total originations for ranked lenders and the percentage of those originations that is Alt A. For 2006 and later, the top 25 lenders are available, for 2005, the top 20 lenders are available, for 2004, the top 15 are available.

2007 Data

Table of the top bank and thrift home equity lenders by home equity loan volume. Data include total, HELOC and CES volume as well as HEL origination numbers for a the year. Totals for all banks and thrifts are also included.

2007 data rank the top 25 lenders and for each lender includes the total HEL for 3rd quarter 2007 and 4th quarter 2006, as well as percent change from 4th quarter 2006 to 4th quarter 2007. Total numbers for all investors are also included.

2005 and 2006 data rank the top 11 lenders.
